2. We will forward your complaint to the primary content host (PornHub) for their action
3. We recommend you also file directly with PornHub for removal from their hosting platform

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must provide a written communication that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on AsianRush.com where the allegedly infringing material is located
• Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized

We typically process valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours. The embed link will be removed from our platform immediately upon verification of your notice.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications should be sent to the same email address and include the information required under DMCA law.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or content sources that are deemed to be repeat infringers.
